So around January my XBL had run out, i was looking for ways of getting XBL and i discovered that i was entitled to a free 1 month, reedemed it and cancelled the monthly subscription, ever since then i am constantly recieving emails from Microsoft Billing saying i owe them money even though i discussed the issue with a Microsoft Supervisor.
Ever since i have been recieving bill emails stating i am being charged for every month of XBL that i am NO LONGER SUBSCRIBED TO!
I am making this post because i want to make you aware on how Greedy Microsoft can get, you may have a differenet view on the matter but you can not dispute the fact that i should not be charged.
My total bill so far is about 35+ and i am not even going to consider paying it

This happened to me once my membership ran out and i didnt renew it and they charged me twice for a 1 month

Yea this happened to me. Signed up for a free trial and disabled auto renewal. After that my account was locked and I owed $20.

its really disapointing how Microsoft can do this to their customers, i have been a true xbox fan since about 2005 and i have spent thousands of pounds on their prodcuts and they do this..... disgraceful

Same thing happen to me! But my bill was A LOT bigger then just one month.

You were "entitled" to a free month? By this I assume you tried the free month glitch, so therefore you deserved to be charged.

Something similar happened to me in the past, but wasn't because I was getting XBL Gold for free. I had run out of XBL, decided to buy a 1 year gold membership from the dashboard with my card, after it went through I took the card off, then a few days later my gold was out and my account was locked because for whatever reason they tried to charge the card 3 more times after it was taken off, they told me I purchased 4 years of XBL Gold but only one payment went through. Took a week of arguing with customer and billing support to get them to revoke the payments and gold, but still ended up charging me for the 1st year, which I still had to turn around and buy another membership since they locked my account and didn't put the gold back on.

So i guess you agree with what they have done then.
How can you reply with such a stupid answer when i am a victim of illegal payments, Microsoft, ' 1 of the best companies in the world ' are charging me 6.99 + over drafts for entitlements that i canceled a subscription to months ago. I spoke to a Microsoft Supervisor that assured me that the payments would stop, but he lied to my face and the billing continued, i am being threatend with Account suspension and my credit card has already been suspended from making any XBL purchases.
So please be queit and stop agreeing with such stupidness that is AGAINST THE LAW.
You say all companies do it.... Amazon for example do a Renewed Prime membership, Lovefilm do a Renewed membership, so does netflix, i canceled all of them and the payments stoped, PERIOD!
So please, be quiet with your BS
