Nope, i went on Xbox.com, logged in, went to XBL section and it says free 1 month, so i clicked renew, no glitch.

Also, when i was talking to the supervisor he said that it was a mistake on their behalf, so why am i still a victim of a crime when they are continuing something they even said they shouldnt have???

Do you have a copy of the transcript from when you were talking to the supervisor? If you do, try to get in contact with support again and show them the transcript and tell them the problem has not been resolved. If you don't have the transcript, go back to support tell them the same thing, it hasn't been fixed even though it was supposed to and see what they say from there. Push if you have to because I had to push to get mine fixed, started keeping copies of transcripts until someone actually did something about fixing my payment issue.

MS stole $30 from my account the other day (3 1 months) and they said to do that resolution crap. I even told them they are theives and should stop stealing my money so I contacted paypal to stop transactions and told MS that I wanted my money back. And Surpisingly they did.

But I don't know why they did in the first place.

Microsort are just an extremly greedy company who only care about money, the other day i was reading about how in some cases, the people who are having the same problem i have got, were being charged 1 dollar everytime they signed in, without or without XBL Gold.

The company is a joke and i am a fool for continuing to buy their products.

2. its honestly their logs show that you have subscribed for a month anually.. its the 1 month free with subscription you need to cancle and remove your credit card then you wont be billed... i know becuase im an Ambassador ;)
