its a curroped file just get a new updated file and rest it and make shur you have your setting then reboot consol

ok go to xex menu, go to hdd, find the file, press y then delete, then download a new one and put it on your hard drive

you have to boot from xell and reflash nand

Step 1:
Convert a USB device to fat32.
Step 2:
Save a launch.ini without xbdm as plugin on your device.
Step 3:
Boot your xbox with your device, normaly it will load your launch.ini on the USB as first.
Step 4:
Go to dashlaunch, load your old ini and delete xbdm.
Don't forget to save the file!
