How can you reply with such a stupid answer when i am a victim of illegal payments, Microsoft, ' 1 of the best companies in the world ' are charging me 6.99 + over drafts for entitlements that i canceled a subscription to months ago. I spoke to a Microsoft Supervisor that assured me that the payments would stop, but he lied to my face and the billing continued, i am being threatend with Account suspension and my credit card has already been suspended from making any XBL purchases.

So please be queit and stop agreeing with such stupidness that is AGAINST THE LAW.

You say all companies do it.... Amazon for example do a Renewed Prime membership, Lovefilm do a Renewed membership, so does netflix, i canceled all of them and the payments stoped, PERIOD!

No need to be so hostile. Never had a problem with Microsoft. I did get a card from AE though, they told me it was no charge, a few weeks later I got a bill for like 38 dollars. It happens, pay it and get on with your life or take them to court, as much as you probably don't want to hear it, I'm going to say it anyway, this site will not help you out with this. I know you're just mad and explaining but it'll only make you more angry till you pay it and get it over with. I'm sorry they did this to you

I don't think you realise it is done by an automatic service therefore if it has tracked that you have not paid fore something it will lock your account or email you saying that you owe money.

I don't think you know what corrupt is if MS were corrupt they would not be where they are today they will be falling apart and no-one will use them. Also I don't understand how liars fits into the context either.
