Stop rambling on about stuff that simply does not matter. We don't care.

Now let this guy have his thread back.
Well he did have his point against "Sanctorum" when he said that a R9 270X is better than a GTX760 (clearly not), but his argument was already dead from the first post.

Anyways OP. The FX8320 actually performs better IN games than an i5, but the i5 is more efficient all around. Is your choice, If you want to sacrifice a little bit of GPU power for a better CPU. I also recommend getting the N200 over the PS08B, since is much better at the same price.
Apologies. I kind of rushed my post and I did write a lot so messed up my words. The GTX 760 is a little better than the R9 270X but the R9 270X is cheaper. I would always recommend an R9 270X in cheaper builds(like OP's) because that way you can get an i5 etc. The i5 is the better CPU to go with, over any FX series CPU as the FX series is dying out. This is why I'd always suggest an i5.

Also the i5 has better per core performance, which is better for most games as they are usually badly threaded over multiple cores. Its better on overall power consumption, and better on its performance per watt even with its iGPU.

It ends up usually in the UK costing around 30-40GBP more for the i5 but you get a current platform, better power consumption, an iGPU and better motherboard choice should you choose to upgrade in future.

Internet connection will have more of an impact on your streaming than your PC components the majority of the time. What CPU do you have? I'm assuming an an FX4300 or an FX6300? They should both be fine for streaming so I would have to assume it's your internet connection.

I stream fine on my 6300, so you saying that AMD CPU's are bad for it kills me, you clearly have the settings wrong.

Please stop filling this section with complete nonsense. We are trying to help this guy and you're just feeding him false information. So please stop.

OP: AMD CPU's are not 'bad' for streaming it's all down to YOUR settings, you need to tweak them to make it work for your specs. It took me about a month to get it perfect. Just because it doesn't work straight out of the box, doesn't mean it's bad. That's the fun of computers, always tweaking things.

3500 is very high for the 6300, try something in between 1400 - 1850. That was the sweet spot on mine.

So will both the i5 and amd builds be decent for gaming/streaming like for BeamNG on ultra or next car game on steam then ?
