im having issues with my pc, it wont load on my monitor. i got my friend to look at it and he said windows 8 might be corrupted. My pc will load and all the lights will show and i can here the fan running.

Do you see the motherboard splash screen and the brief bios screen? If not, it's not a problem with Windows. Make sure everything is plugged in correctly and that your monitor is set to the correct input

nope, ive tried all of that, even dissembling the parts inside

This happened to me and apparently my mother board was dead soo that might be your prob.

Could be your motherboard, monitor, or a problem with windows. I would take a shot at a problem with windows most likely.

well if his bios slpash screen doesn't even load it's definitely not windows. im assuming its more of a hardware problem. try taking your video card out then start it. if it works you need to replace your videocard. also try pulling your RAM out and putting it back in. try plugging it(cable) into your other VGA or DVI port and see if it works. goodluck man
