No

A laptop CPU & GPU are one chip. You can not change them to a desktop graphics card.

It is really hard to even change the CPU in a laptop as most are soldered on to the motherboard.

Laptops are very hard to upgrade so the things you probably can upgrade is the RAM & HDD

What make & model laptop do you have?

If your laptop already have a dedicated graphics card then you may be able to change to another one, however only a few models actually allow for them to be changed.

If you are using a laptop with Intel HD graphics or similar, no dice sorry. You could try a more powerful processor from the same family to try to speed it up or buy a new laptop.
