Buxtyy wrote That APU is the best in the family currently, and you could improve the gaming performance of the integrated graphics cores by buying faster memory.

If you wanted performance past that then a dedicated graphics card is what is needed.

wud u be able to replace any parts for the same price roughly?

It depends how high you can go on price. Yes that APU is good, its currently the best. The CPU part of it is AMD's newest tech, but the GPU inside won't break any records.

You'll be able to play games just not at good detailing.

Many reviewers have benchmarked the processor so i would advise you to look at the reviews for more information.

In the review below, the reviewer got 24FPS average with 16FPS minimum on Skyrim. He noticed a sizable increase when using 2133MHZ memory and when the chip was overclocked. You should consult the review for which settings he used.

Well there would be nothing stopping you playing like that until you have money for a dedicated graphics card.
