It's not insane. It is a bit high but when reading the description it seems like he put a lot of work into it. A Dual Nand RGH usually costs around $300 for slims. This is a limited edition console with cables and HDD. It will probably never even get RROD either....
The only thing I would do is sell a 60GB HDD with it instead of a 20GB one.
