And can u get baned from sending messages saying to file a complaint.

phone up microsoft say ur getting spamed with messages and the only way you think in can stop is by a gamertag change and say u aint got much money at this time so u can't afford points, if they say no ask to speak to their supervisor and tell them the problem

if people send a file complaint to you about your gamertag you wont get banned microsoft will ask you to change your gamertag

dont yout name actually have to be slightly offensive to get it changed with file complaints?

Yes it does, also the people who are sending the complaint could get banned, if you look at the File Complaints theres one saying "Sending Complaints for no reason" something like that bbn)
