Please File complaint this person for System tampering because he kicks people offline! This shouldn't happen to innocent people who try to have fun on a game.

I'm not fooling around trying to get a friend banned, this is 100% legit and I am fully against it, so if you could take a moment out of your time and do this it would be greatly appreciated and you would be doing your bit for the xbox live community.

I'm sorry but I'm not going to file a complaint on someone I don't know and has done nothing to me... I'm sure others feel the same as well, just block communications with him.
