i start it up and it constantly freezes on the xbox 360 screen need help

What motherboard console is it?
Have you made any changes to the console right before this started happening?
What are your plugins?
This could be a numerous about of things. Post back with a little more info and I'll be able to help more

its a falcon 2, i have just put ghosts plugins on it and its started doing it

when you boot up your jtag when the lights start to go click the disc tray button on the console to open the disc tray.

does it boot up with the hard drive off?
do you have any usbs plug in?

it works without the HDD

Okay let me know what happens

it works without the HDD

The Ghosts plugin is freezing the console most likely. Be thankful it's not a GPU related problem, lol. Just take off the plugin by turning on the console and press the eject button a second or so after to bypass the dashlaunch plugins. Timing counts while doing this, so keep trying.
