So I can't find any tutorials on this....... is there a way to host MW3 CL lobbies?

It's impossible to host challenge lobbies on any games past mw2

Thats completely incorrect.
You can host mw3 challenge lobbies you need to find a menu where the rank sticks, or you could just use a tool & do the challenge lobby through recovery

EDIT: You're JTAG/RGH needs to be online to do this
