That shade of blue has a nickname "GFX Blue". It's bad.
You should change the hue or shade of it.
You have 2D text on a 2D background.
Why use stocks over it?
The explosion is pointless, and looks horrible.
There's hardly a light source, especially nothing bright enough to cause a flare.
(Flares are design murderers!)
Get rid of those and it will look a lot cleaner, and a lot better.
