I have been trying to get Titanfall to work for the past 5 days. Whenever I try to load Titanfall I get a black screen and a small sound which only plays once it sounds like you have pressed the Xbox button on your controller, it completely freezes the Xbox until I either eject or Restart the console. The game works fine in other Xboxs just not this one, although this Xbox plays other games fine.

I have tried the following:
Unplug and reconnect every cable
Different hard drive
With/without internet
No signed in profile
Clear system cache
Different disks
Different sources for the game
