Juan Mata will not be in this TOTS he is talking about. This is TOTS Most Consistent which only applies to players who have done well consistently but never have gotten an inform. Juan Mata just got an inform this week so now he cannot be in it; furthermore, personally he probably does not deserve to be in any TOTS this year since he rode the bench at Chelsea and had to adjust to Man U thus not having a great season that he probably would have had if things were a bit more normal.
