So, my 770 gets a little bit hot. I haven't seen it get over 70C except for once when I stress tested it, but it heats up kind of quick.

I would just feel more comfortable and safer having it as cool as possible. (Don't want a water cooler for my GPU)

Just like a fan or something that will keep it a bit cooler.

either one on the bottom (with airflow underneath it) of the case pushing air up, or one on the side panel.

Do you have any overclocks on it at all?
What case are you using and what is your current fan setup?

On my GPU, none. I was going to but it didn't reach a high clock so I removed it.
I have the Corsair r200. The only fans I have at the moment are the 2 side panels but one of them doesn't reach the MB and PSU since I have the wires hidden so one is on and the other is off. Also, the top is open and I have the corsair h80i fan.

70C is perfectly fine for the temperature, you shouldn't be concerned with that. The chip on the GTX770 is rated up to 100C at which point it'll switch itself off.

I wasn't able to determine from your description above if you have both side panels on, so i will remind you to keep both on so you can direct airflow front to back.

Yah. One is off and the other is on. I will try to work on getting them to connect, but is there a extension cord for the CPU case fan?

These are the connectors

You know that 70-80c is perfectly fine temps for a graphics card.

So, I am trying to get the other fan connected but it can't reach an SYSFAN slot. Can I plug it into a CPUFAN slot on the motherboard?

After a bit of back pain and some moving around in the case, I got it to plug in
