Could anyone please suggest a motherboard that has a video card and windows pre-installed on it, it would be much help! Thanks

Motherboards can have integrated graphics (IGPs, which are not discrete "cards"), but Windows is installed to a hard drive, not the board. Technically, some boards have mSATA slots for SSDs and the OS can be installed to them.
