So about to order the parts for my build and wouldn't mind some feedback on it.
Build is going to be used for causal gaming as well as occasional video editing/rendering and obviously browsing etc. My budget was around 500 GBP, 600 GBP pushing it. So any feedback etc is appreciated.

Also for the CPU not sure if I should go for AMD FX8320 Black Edition 8 Core or AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core obviously the FX8320 is better and 'futre proof' but is it worth the extra 35 GBP?

Stick with the 8320,l definitely worth the extra money but the 6300 is still a great little chip.
Also, you need an ATX case, not a MATX as the motherboard won't fit in the n200. Look at the n400.

Ahh thanks for that, I'll have a shop around for some ATX cases. :rockedover:

The FX6300 and FX8320 are essentially the same processor with the latter having an extra module and therefore two extra cores.

If you wanted to save the money then you wouldn't notice the difference too much by getting the FX6300.

Or no SSD, but more peformance.

If you're getting an ATX build, I wouldn't recommend that crappy n400. Look into the NZXT Source 210 or a Corsair 200R.

I would strongly suggest the i5-4570 if you can. The FX series of CPU's are dying out. Still great CPU's especially for their price, but there's a reason for that-they're dying!! An Intel CPU is going to be more future-proof and perform better. You could maybe throw out the SSD to save money and switch to an i5-4570!? Stick with the R9 270X, great card. You won't need anything stronger for casual/light gaming.

Okay, thanks guys. Gonna go for the i5-4570.

But...also in two minds on which motherboard to get now.

The first one will do the job fine and it's cheaper meaning it'll be easy to fit in an SSD with my budget but the 2nd one seems to be the go to mobo for an i5 and is a little better but is it really worth the extra 30 quid?

Again thanks for the feedback guys.

Both motherboards are fine. The H87 is the better of the two but the H81 would suffice. You'll want an SSD so if you have to get the H81 to afford the SSD, do that. If you can get the H87 and an SSD then do that.
