There seems to be a lot of videos claiming on how to fix laggy connections that you may be encountering. This video is a tutorial on how to REDUCE your lag on online games by a considerable amount. In no way am I claiming that this will fix your lag COMPLETELY, but instead saying that this will cut down on how much ping, or lag, you may have. Hope you enjoy!

Well this does practically nothing for your connection
to eliminate lag and strict nat you need to log into your routers homepage ( and no this isn't [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) usually something like 192.168.0.1
when you manage to log on you want to find pnp or Upnp ( universal plug and play ) and make sure this is enabled , just that one step can eliminate strict nat
the next thing to do if that has no effect would be Port forwarding, it may seem complicated but its really not just google xbox 360 port forwarding tutorial ,
once you have done both of these steps you should see a significant increase in your xbox connection
hope this helps

- Enable uPnP
- "Port Forwarding" ---> "Forward Port" --- Port: 3074 Name: XBL ---> Save
Not that hard.
