Cant seem to earn any vc on 2k14 xbox one any tips or glitches anybody knows. Would be appreciated.

No good method as of right now, maybe even for the rest of the game's lifespan.
You can get very little VC from the MyGM Glitch and some more VC from the MyNBA2K App. Both are demonstrated here:
Keep in mind that they reduced the VC earned for each goal in the MyGM VC method. They cut it in half which made it ridiculously difficult to get VC. A kick in the balls to be honest.
Anyway, check out the video, it could help you.
