Is this computer worth 280 & what games would it be able to run at good frames thanks.

It's a shit pc, but if you upgrade the graphicscard it would be okay.

you would have to do more than that to make it good xD
but still for 200 quid what can you expect, honestly i would keep saving until you have a solid 400, then you can go and make a cheap custom thats fairly decent hope i helped

It might run Minecraft at low settings. But not much more than that.
