Okay so i made a starter account for world of warcraft and i clicked the upgrade button at the main screen (where you pick your classes!)
and so i clicked that and then it said i had to pay 4.99 pounds for the game it said 'where new players begin!'
so i bought it on paypal and once i confirm everything i then remove my paypal info etc.
and i load up wow and it says i have 29 days membership or something and i have upgraded my account now!...BUT when i try to pm my friend it says this is not an avalible option for starter players wtf?... and i cant get the full membership facilities onl starter ones help me please!!1

Sometimes it can take blizzard a few days to fully upgrade your account so this could be the issue, also make sure your not on the starters only client, I think its called WoW2 if memory serves me
