Change the PSU. A 500W PSU would suffice. Although, I'd recommend an XFX ProSeries 550W PSU for your build.
Upgrade your RAM. Either upgrade to 16GB of RAM, or get faster RAM(8GB). If you're editing/rendering, then you will want 16GB of RAM. If this build is for gaming, you'll only need 8GB of RAM. The only reason to get the i7, would be for editing/rendering, so if you're only gaming, get the i5-4570(or the 4670k if you plan on OC'ing)instead of the i7.

Both are cheaper than the Z87-A and do 8x 8x SLI/Crossfire with PCIe 3.0.
If you go with the aforementioned XFX Core 550w, it is a Seasonic S12II unit that does not support Haswell's C6 and C7 power states, you will will have to disable them or leave them disabled. Nothing too important for desktop PCs.
If you won't overclock, forget the aftermarket cooler, get a cheaper (B85, H87, mATX) board that has all the I/O you need. The Xeon E3 1230 V3 is about the same price as the 4670K and is essentially an i7 4770 without integrated graphics for a much lower price. It's generally a better option than the higher-binned locked i5s.
$80+ seems high for such mediocre memory, but Canadian prices have surprised me in the past. You should be able to get a better kit for the same price or not much more. Always go low-profile.
