Can you mod with USBs for Xbox 360, if so does anyone know how?

unfortunately, a little bit:

there are many ways of modding on a USB!

If I were you I'd look up tutorials varying upon the modifications, but try to stay away from links such as FileIce or fileshark.

for basic modding I prefer horizon, If you want to mod COD I would suggest modding W@W or bo1.
