I don't know why people think there should be tutorials for everything, I mean pointers to learning something is good. Let them do some of it themselves. But when you guys write tutorials you full-on spoon fed everything...With things like this, I don't like that personally. I think some people should do there own research into things if they really want to do it, and then if they have tried and need afew things explained/dumbed-down, then they request help.

well some people are really lazy and not as smart as you and other people but most of them are 12 and don't know how to code they just look up tuts on how to and then brag to there friends that they can code but really they are just taking code from some one esle and calling it there own work or own learning

Half of the modding community does this. People brag about the fact that they can make an RTE tool, or make an MW2 menu with someone's base, when most of the time they have no idea what the code they are writing does. It's really frustrating, to be completely honest.

To be fair you did say its pointless modding MW2 now and that everything is out there so why does it matter about the spoon feeding stuff there is already enough stuff out there for them to learn from anyway, i don't want an argument or whatever but just leave it there

the only way to lear code is to take a class or look at other code to see what it does and to play with the code not to copy it from some one else's code then paste it on your's that teaches you nothing except on how to steal other people's code.

if you learn the full programming language you wont need to look at other peoples code because you should have a good understanding of what things do and be able to change the code so its different from everyone else

Lol that made no sense. Someone people learn by watching others doing it, reading someones source and piecing together what's going on, or just trial & error. Some people would for example, read my data handler and piece together what I'm doing, and then check up on a documentation if they are right. This gives them motivation that one day they can write the code they just learned from.

I completely agree, i learned by myself, and when you learn it yourself, it sticks with you.
