It fell and has a small hairline crack near the top, and a small piece of glass at top left is missing. It displays picture fine but the whole top half of my touch screen does not work so it's a huge hassle to do anything on it.
It's an LG G2 on Verizon and my warranty doesn't cover this... Is this the digitizer? I don't know all that much about mobile devices. Any valuable information will receive 50 rep.

If you were to take it to a mobile repair shop chances are it will cost. By the sounds of if you will need a new screen if it has stopped responding to your finger.

Take it to where you got it and ask for a repair.. That's all I can suggest unless you know someone who fixes phones.
