Im trying to setup the XBLSE and when I load the launch.ini , I reboot the console and thats it, the console freezes in the 360 Logo and I cant open the Xbox

It should boot, eventually.

Reflash your nand or some people hit the eject button as soon as the power lights come on.

put a clean launch.ini on a usb then boot

make sure you have a clean .ini
