Doubt you'd get fined nor get a criminal record, it would cost EA alot more to recover the money back using their highly paid solicitors than what 1 person would actually get before they get banned, and it's there fault they know the glitch exists so why not fix? **** EA they're scum bags with the countless unfixed flaws in there games.
