basically ive made the visa and added them to my 2nd account but when i try to buy points it says something like purchase failed then it says failed to download item even tho it hits 100%
whats going on?

EA have probable done a hotfix on it by now.

I think you have to do it on the web app? how long did it take for Bancore to call you to give you a PIN

I am pretty sure they patched it, just tried it it said they downloaded but then it said an error with the store
