So if I am on 4.55 on a normal PS3 there is no possibly way I can downgrade it? If there is please help me out. Thank you very much

If your ps3 is the right type you can get it downgraded or you can buy an E3 Flasher yourself which would be very hard to do. Check your serial number to see if it can be downgraded to 3.55.

There is no way to just install a CW from where you are at 4.55 OFW.
