I think Xin Zhao is the strongest in SoloQ right now, but all the flare junglers are pretty strong

Xin Zhao, Master Yi, Evelynn, Warwick, and Shaco are all pretty good because of the 4.5 Feral Flare patch.

Lee sin, VI, yi's pretty strong now.

Feral Flare > Ghostblade > Infinity Edge > Hydra > Blood Thirster > Phantom Dancer

Insta kills so much late game and snowballs like it's going out of style.

And use ghost.

If you're willing to spend more IP i would say Lee Sin (4800 IP). He's great for counter jungling your opponent. But if you wanna try a couple out that are cheaper i would say Udyr (1350 IP) is really good for ganking and getting you lanes fed to the point where you make them surrender. Also Fiddlesticks (1350 IP) is a VERY fun champion to jungle with. Also, Fid is bada$$

I have found 3 junglers to be great so far. Warwick, Vi, and Evelynn. Do not go Master Yi, He has no gank potential with no stuns or slows.

Currently with the new patch adding so much new potential. They have a couple high tier champs.

Assassin Jungles- These are the jungles who are very good or very high damage when they gank.

Master Yi - Take in mind yi is a very strong and very great farmer in the jungle. His ganks are mostly for you. To get you fed
Kha'zix - Keep in mind kha'zix has 2 seconds of stealth so take some serious advantages. If you learn him he has a very high burst rate in which people usually surrender if he gets fed.
Evelynn - Evelynn has some of the best gank potential i've ever seen. She has so much damage output. She has amazing ganks. So give her a try
Gragas - With gragas's new scaling with his E he can truly outrageous damage. He has amazing gank potential and yet again an amazing amount of damage. He is such a great champion over all.

Farming Jungles - These jungles are for amazing late game potential. These champions are so amazing to come by.

Master Yi- He may have horrible gank potential but he sure is one amazing farmer. He has such a scary late game once he gets super farm.
Amumu- He has amazing gank potential and depending what you max you can either have amazing ganks tremendous farm skills or quick and easy barons.
Xin Xhao- He is one of the best gankers and also when he gets farm he can truly carry a game. He has his q and his w to push towers down at an excessive rate.

Best Jungles- These jungles are the best gankers and strongest picks over all

Kha'Zix- Tremendous damage and amazing gank potential and can carry a game once he has snowballed in either kills or in farm
Vi- With her abilities to push at a very quick rate. As well with that she has amazing gank potential and a great ingage she has one of the best game abilities.
Nocturne - With some of the scariest gank potential he has earned the quickest farm and amazing gank potential.
