- Utilizing unauthorized methods to gain advantage or disrupt the competitive landscape of Xbox Live
- Intentionally playing with someone who is using unauthorized software, methods, or - modifications
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities or glitches
- Network interference or manipulation
- Player feedback or complaint abuse
- Console tampering
Contact the enforcement team by the forums, they will give you the same answer. I can almost guarantee it.

Yeah man i would check your email but most likely you did something wrong because and the chances of getting unbanned from XBL is very slim.
