Neymar is good, you can't deny that, just doesn't help himself with all the theatrics he does, still a great footballer, but just coming to terms with his new club i guess.

Bale, has always been class, and he's done his fair share of diving too don't forget, but what he did last night, was something you'd never see Neymar do.

But both are very good players, but Bale's more accustomed to harder defenses from playing in the Premier League.

Neymar has come from a league which defenders are bad, differently from Bale, that came from BPL, which defenders are good.... Give Neymar a year or more and you will see how good he is...

I hate neymar, He dives way to much. When he was at Brazil I thought he was going to be something special.

This topic really shows how little knowledge people here have about football.

At the start of the season, Neymar was playing really well, he was scoring goals and assisting goals.
While Bale was struggling, everyone was saying,
"Bale is a flop, not worth 100m, Neymar was half the price and is better"

Now people are saying the opposite since Bale is playing well and Neymar is struggling.

IMO they are both incredible players, you dont hit your peak until your around 25-29 and both of them are a couple years off it.

Bale is strong, runs at the defenders and ha a cracking shot.

While Neymar is sort of the opposite, he is weak, (does dive a bit too much but that will change, just look at Busquets) he has more tactical placement in his shooting style and he likes to go around the defenders.

In about a year or two, I see Neymar being a better player than bale in all honesty

However just because Bale scores one decent goal doesn't make him worth 100 Mil. He is, and always will be overpriced

Players nowadays drive a higher price because they aren't just players they are also brands for the clubs and the better the brand the higher the price. In my opinion neither of them are worth what their clubs paid, but the money both teams made just from shirt sales would recuperate a large portion of the transfer fee.

Nothing bad about scoring tap in goals, in means who have worked to be in a good position to receive the ball, a goal is a goal.
Also he has only scored around 4 or so tap ins, the others have just been great finishes on the carpet.

He does play on the LW pretty much all the time, he isn't going to heave 30 yard balls like what a Gerrard or Scholes would do. He does what any LW would do and play the ball to your team mate in the box.
Playing a ball across goal is really simple to stuff up.
Also it is Barca, for every long pass there would be 30 odd short passes.

Neymar is the future. Forget bale !
