Too basic and the style is outdated tbh. You took the logo and text and overlayed it on the picture of the forest with like 90% opacity or something and then added a cc to it. Not much done to it and below standards for YouTube banners. That's just my blunt opinion. You should look at some of the popular styles that some of the big YouTubers use. Those tend to be what are popular around the YT community.
