Yes its the one with the skull on the helmet but what I notice when i saw this video was the helmet description in this video.
Its also a helmet called pilot
Pause at 0:09 on the video and look at the description on haunted
It says Happy Halloween

will we get this haunted armour attachment in halloween just like in halo 3 how they gave flaming helmet to everyone in a holiday like bungie day?

this is a month old news and also to legitly unlock it you have to get every helmet and every attachment which is impossible for a like 2 years because you need a lot of cR like over 2 million worths

Sidenote: its Haunted not Hunted FAIL

I think it was made for special use on Halloween but it's unlocked by buying all the helmets in the game and then buying the Pilot Helmet and ALL attachments.
