Easy to solve that, this would be issues to cause the issue

1) bad nand flash
2) RF board needs to be replace

you are still on TTG , I have to give you Rep + for that & I've try'd that with a few different RF Board's .

To help assist you I need more information.

What kind of console ?
Have you tried a different RF board ?
Have you tried to re-flash your nand ?

did you flash a kv to the console and do you still have your OG nand or a latest back up ?

its a Xenon- Jtag .
I've saved my 120 GB HDD , just for my Jtag , Idk how to Re - Flash the KV . I have 1Banned KV's I can try with .

its probably a bad nand flash dude. If you have a backup or your original nand then you can make a new glitch image and flash it to the console using xell.
