I have cm10.2.1 and is stable and is 4.3.1 should i update to lated version to cm-11-2014210-snapshot-m3 from setting cyanogenmod update ? or stay with 10.2.1

Sure, if you don't mind the bugs the new version has then go for it.

Not sure but I doubt it. I think the only way you'd be able to downgrade it would be to have the 10.2.1 package and flash it through recovery.

do you like cm 11 snapshot m3 on your root s3 or stable 10.2.1? what version you on ?
