If it's the same as ps3, go on the other person's account, go to the PS store, go to downloads/purchases(I can't remember off the top of my head what it says, but with the latest store update it's at the bottom of the left selection bar) and download whatever it is you want. If it's not the same, I can't help you, as I don't own a ps4 .
