Are there any Gem mods, hacks, or anything that can be done through cydia or iFile? Or is it just as impossible as everyone says.

Yes you need a jailbroken device than need to get in the CoC files and change scripting sounds confusing but there are videos on it on youtube

Handy as in how? im just trying to make the game a little quicker and easier

The game is server-sided. You're not going to be able to hack/mod the game in any way.
