A few things that i would change is, the power supply is very overkill, the system itself will only draw around 550 and if that, so get a smaller psu, and a good brand.

The 4770k isn't needed, unless you are looking to use the hyper threading to edit and render faster. So a 4670k is a great processor to game on.

Get a smaller amount of ram, 32 gb isn't needed, but getting 16 gb is good for gaming and a little bit of editing.

So with the money that you save, you should upgrade the gpu to a 770, for ultimate 1080p gaming.

No, i believe that ram have to be the same mhz throughout the system, though you can over clock ram and underclock it.

Yes, the faster set will downclock to the speed of the slowest set. It's a good idea to buy matching sets so the timings are consistent between both sets.

TL;DR = Try to buy matching sets where possible.

Im just going to echo what the other guys said.

The 4770k i think is overkill for gaming. 4670/4670k if you want to OC would be fine

32GB ram is overkill. I would get 8GB as a minimum unless of course your doing heavy editing and rendering.

With the money you saved on the CPU, upgrade to a 770 for MOAR performance

1200W of power is just not needed. Unless you have several graphics cards, multiple HDDs and 8 sticks of ram, you are not going to need it. 550w would do fine for your build but if your planning to upgrade, 650/700w should be fine for an SLI configuration

Keep the 4770k processor, that's one of the best.

If you're going to be doing strictly gaming, you're over killing your ram and power supply massively.

Take your RAM down to 8 or 16gbs and your power supply down to 700-800w. (You will not need anywhere near that amount of power unless you're planning on running like, 2 or 3 graphics cards.)

With the money saved from that, get one GTX 780 graphics card. That card is absolutely perfect.
