I'm having trouble downloading my profile to my xbox 360 slim halo 3 limited edition 750 hd jtag it tells me the xbox can't connect to my internet and i don't know what motherboard it is.

If the xbox is a normal retail then it should work fine, if its a jtag or rgh then i suggest NOT recovering your account due to the fact that you will be perm banned.

This will fix your error.


1. Make sure you're connected on the same internet as your Xbox/Rgh.

2. Sign into the account on Xbox.com

3. Have them send you the code xbox send to there email.

4. Sign in on xbox.com all the way.

5. Recover on your Rgh Console
