So i've moved out of home for a couple of weeks staying at my aunts house

and im currently on my own healthy eating plan/exersize

i was 230lb and ive dropped to 141 lbs

And my aunt, all with good intentions is trying to feed me garbage for my dinner why i want to eat healthy, is there a way of telling her? she doesnt realise..

Also she gets offended when i take small portions (i dont want any of it)

i dont want to be mean but i want to stick to my goals as i am feeling alot better about myself and want wanting to go back..

I am also currently training for a 10k Run in july eeek! !!

Thanks

Plain and simple, tell her you are making a move to start eating healthy. If she doesn't respect that, then sit her down and talk to her about the high risks of eating junk all the time.

Just simply tell her that you're on a diet that is strictly for the purpose of becoming a professional runner! She'll understand.

That much of a weight loss doesn't sound healthy... how old are you? Because as a teenager, you should be aiming towards getting around 200.

But if you want to continue, just tell her politely that you're more interested in eating healthy. It shouldn't offend her.

This is very good that you lost all that weight, but I would not try to loose any more, it could be bad for your health. I am very happy for you! You did a awesome job, it must have been very hard to loose that much weight! I would just tell your aunt that you are trying to become something that has to do with ruining/sports etc. Just remember, dont starve yourself! I have a CLOSE family member who has toking loosen weight to far and they almost died from lack of food because they just made themselves not EAT until they just didn't wont anything to do with food, and now I tell this to almost every person who has lost a lot a weight, because I wouldn't wont this to happen to them.

Good luck! Have a good night!

Good job losing the weight man but if I were you I would gain some more, that sounds too skinny.. Anyway just tell her the truth on why you don't want the food she feeds you. She'll probably consider making healthier food then.

If I were you, I would just tell her plain and simple. If she didn't like it then she could just kiss my you know what. Congratulations on losing the weight, and good luck on eating healthy.

Good job with the weight loss,

For people saying he needs to be 200lb and what not, he is obviously building to be a endurance runner, and you have to be very lean and have very low body fat percentage, but it wouldnt hurt to put on 5-10lb, but eat healthy and make sure the weight you put on is muscle
