so does it make any noise or does anything turn off then on quickly when you push the power button? If not then make sure your front panel headers are plugged in properly and are in the correct spots, this might help. Another thing you could try is make sure all of the cables on the powersupply are in nice and tight andf that the powersupply is acctually plugged in and TURNED ON!
