So I haven't played Bo1 since Mw3 came out, and I was gonna play some zombies with some friends, and it said "Servers aren't available". So I knew i got banned. But how is this possible? Everything thing was legit. No glitches or mods.

Maybe the servers really arent available ? Have you considered that?

No cause this happened about a week ago and I didn't mind, now I really want to play it. So my friend let me play on his account and it works just fine.

The only way to know for sure is to call Microsoft and they will probably tell you.
