you can say i need to put on weight but i really dont, my belly still hangs over a little bit and my moobs are still noticable, i only need to loose a few more lbs till i reach my goal then i will start toning, if you saw what i looked like you'd understand

im also 19 6'1 (but i dont look skinny trust lol)

Stay motivated and well done for taking the healthy option,
Regular small meals is better for your digestive system in comparison to large infrequent meals.

Let her know that you are training etc, she should hopefully understand or at least be open to listen.

Like a lot of people said, losing that much weight is very dangerous. Even though you are on a diet you still need some fat because if you don't have any fat left you will start burning up muscle as your body will use that as energy.
