Ok, so I bought an XBL Account about a year ago with the gamertag "IOUB" I then switched to PlayStation forgetting all about the account, I recently purchased an Xbox One and would like to access the account but can't remember the e-mail to the account only the Gamertag and Password is there any way I can find out the e-mail of the account or would I have to phone Microsoft? Thanks for looking

Where it says 'Forgot Password?' on the Xbox website, i'm sure you can get your email from that.

If not then you'll need to phone up Xbox.

I tried that but it asks me to enter the e-mail of the account to reset the password.

Did you not have a Xbox 360 whatsoever?

If selecting 'Forgot Password' doesn't help then you may have to call.

If you purchased the Account through TTG, you can probably check your older messages and try to find the account info.

Ok, thanks for the advice bro I guess i'll just have to phone them up or live chat like you said.

I tried looking through messages but the furthest you can go back is from 1 year so it only shows messages from the start of 2014.
