You can't be serious. That will never happen to Call of Duty.
My opinion on this is that I wouldn't buy it as I enjoy some of the Call of Duties aspects over others, like I play BO2 league more than I do Ghost at all.

I believe call of duty as a whole should have a more dark theme (like this is the edge of the abyss and humanity is fighting its last stand and the colours should be bold and of a dark hue in general

Personally I think that the War of 1812 would make a really interesting video game. There could be two versions: a take on the British P-O-V & a take on the American P-O-V. If a company wouldn't want to do that then they could just sell DLCs of the opposing army's fight of the war. With the amount of families that were torn between holding true to Britain versus the one's wanting to break their mother country's ties, add-on packs would be pretty simple to brainstorm up.

I'd buy it. I want a more survivalish kind of Battlefield though.

1000% yes. World War games are the best.
It seems like there's a lack of Vietnam era games too, so if the producers could make a few more World War and some Vietnam era shooters that would be great.
There was one Civil War game I remember from a few years ago. It was fun but the whole musket thing got pretty annoying.
