The Adder has the highest top speed, so if you're on a straight road it will beat any other car.
The Turismo will reach it's top speed higher, but won't go as fast as the Adder.
Turismo > Adder.
Nevermind, got mixed up with Sports - Super.

I watched a test on youtube a few months back and they proved that the fastest sports car was the Elegy RH8, but after the business DLC I'm not sure how it compares with the Jester.

Fastest sports car if upgraded fully is Rapid GT for sure. Next in line is carbonizzare I think.
