Does anybody own or know how to get a pro player card?

You either become a professional football player and request one or be offered one by EA.

Or you can buy one of the market on the extremely rare case that one is listed and you're quick enough to get to it. (15 million coins)

Or you can trade an account/player with someone who has obtained a card by the means stated above.
